# Poopaya FAQ

These are the most frequently asked questions about Poopaya. The answers below will link to the full guide if one is available.

### Is Poopaya free?

Yes. Logging, your History calendar, streaks, medications and diets, exporting your data and one daily reminder are all free, with no limit on how much you log. Poopaya Gold is an optional paid upgrade that adds Charts, Insights, Face ID app lock and more than one reminder.

### Is Poopaya available on Android?

No. Poopaya is an iPhone app. There's no Android or web version.

### Does Poopaya work with Apple Health or Apple Watch?

Not yet. Poopaya doesn't read from or write to Apple Health, and there's no Apple Watch app. Everything is logged in the iPhone app.

### Can Poopaya tell me what's wrong?

No. Poopaya is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It records what you log and shows patterns in it, but it doesn't diagnose anything or recommend treatment. If your symptoms change suddenly, or you see blood, have severe pain, or haven't gone in several days, talk to a doctor.

### Can I log a time when nothing came out?

Yes. Turn on Nothing came out at the top of the New movement form, then tap Save. It's recorded as an attempt. Attempts are worth tracking too. (Guide: https://poopaya.com/help/log-a-bowel-movement)

### I forgot to log yesterday. Can I add it?

Yes. Press and hold that day in the History calendar and tap Add movement. The form then has a Date & Time row where you can set when it happened. If a missed day broke your streak, History also shows a Forgot to log yesterday? banner that does the same thing. (Guide: https://poopaya.com/help/log-a-bowel-movement)

### Can I track a GLP-1 like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound?

Yes, and it's free. Add your medication during setup or in Settings, then Medications. Pick it from the list and set the dose you're on. When your dose goes up, update it, so each log lines up with the dose you were taking at the time.

### Can I change or delete a log?

Yes. Tap the entry in History, then tap Edit to change anything, including the time. Delete is on the same screen. (Guide: https://poopaya.com/help/log-a-bowel-movement)

### What does Poopaya Gold cost?

In the US, Poopaya Gold costs $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year. You can also pay $59.99 once for lifetime access. Prices vary by country, and the App Store shows your price and any free trial before you confirm.

### How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open Settings in Poopaya and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Gold.

### How do I cancel Poopaya Gold?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. In Poopaya, go to Settings and tap Manage Subscription, or open your iPhone's Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You keep Gold until the end of the period you've paid for.

### If I stop paying for Gold, do I lose my logs?

No. Your logs stay where they are, and you can keep logging for free. You lose access to the Gold features (Charts, Insights, Face ID lock and extra reminders) until you subscribe again.

### Can I share my logs with my doctor?

Yes. In Settings, tap Export Data, then Export CSV. That creates a spreadsheet file of every movement, including medications, diets and symptoms, which you can email or AirDrop. There isn't a printable PDF report yet.

### How do I contact support?

Email support@poopaya.com, or in the app go to Settings and tap Send Feedback. Tell us what you tapped and what you expected to see, and include a screenshot if you can.
