Ripe papaya, cottage cheese, and honey
Thirty seconds, no cooking: halved ripe papaya, cottage cheese, and a drizzle of honey. Mike's actual breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe papaya, seeded
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Squeeze of lime (optional)
- Pinch of flaky salt (optional)
- Pinch of chili flakes or chili powder (optional)
Steps
- Halve the papaya and scoop out the seeds.
- Spoon the cottage cheese into the hollow where the seeds were.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Add a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt if you want it brighter, or a pinch of chili flakes for a little heat. All optional, and it's good without them.
